Cormac was called to the Bar in 2021. He has experience across a range of employment litigation, including discrimination, whistleblowing, interim relief, worker status issues, and group claims related to holiday pay. Before coming to the Bar, Cormac was a legal officer at United Voices of the World, where he represented workers in disciplinary hearings, the employment tribunal, and the Central Arbitration Committee. As a result of Cormac’s experience working for a trade union, he has a strong understanding of collective labour law.
