The non-treatment scandal and the ‘hidden’ victims of Covid-19

This is becoming an increasingly topical and contentious issue about diagnostics and treatment of non-covid conditions and the marshalling and allocation of NHS resources since it became clear that the NHS was not in fact going to be "overwhelmed" by treatment of Covid-19 victims, and that the special resources generated/allocated (Nightingale hospitals, requisitioned private clinical space etc.) were not being used.  I hope this piece is of interest.
